Shipping & Returns
Delivery times & charges:
Within the UK, all our orders are posted 1st class unless you prefer to choose next day delivery. Everywhere else we use Standard Air Mail or Parcelforce express48.
We'll post your order as soon as we can, and it should take 3-5 days to arrive. That's unless you've chosen a next-day or 48-hour service. We'll keep you posted (pardon the pun) on your parcel's progress, but don't forget Royal Mail don't track parcels sent by regular post.
Sadly, we don't currently ship outside the UK and Europe - taxes and postage make it prohibitive. HOWEVER, if there’s something on our site you really, really want please get in touch and we’ll do what we can.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However like every other consumer you have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, for a period of 7 days. So, if you change your mind, simply write to us within 7 days and your order will be cancelled. We'll let you know how to return the item, but it must be in a re-saleable condition and returned within 7 working days of notifying us. (We recommend you send via Recorded or Special Delivery).
When we receive your return, we'll refund using the same method you used to purchase. Refunds cannot be given for postage. If an item is faulty, you'll get a full refund for the product, the delivery and return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancelling an Order:
If you haven’t submitted an order, you may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the ‘Remove’ button next to the product you do not wish to purchase in your shopping basket.
If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can.
If you have already received a despatch notice and the order has already been processed you will have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal Returns procedures.
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. Please note that return postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
